Clinical Program Manager
We are seeking a dynamic, detail‑oriented Clinical Program Manager who is also a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). The ideal candidate will oversee resident care plans, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide training and support to direct support staff. This role is essential to maintaining exceptional care standards in our home. This position is full-time and will oversee both our in-home and residential group home programs.
Available Positions:
Full Time DSP - Night Shift or Day Shift - 3 days p/week (7am - 7pm or 7pm-7am)
Part Time DSP - Flexible - 2 days p/week (7am - 7pm or 7pm - 7am)
The Direct Support Professional is responsible for the overall care of residents in accordance with their Individual Plans and Behavior Plans (BP). This position involves working in either a residential home licensed and operated by Petit’s HALO in, or providing in-home services to individuals under Petit’s HALO’s care. Direct Support Professionals are required to perform all duties in accordance with the State of Virginia regulations. Petit’s HALO offers 24/7 care for our residents. Flexible availability is necessary to ensure balanced scheduling for all employees. All efforts will be taken to provide advanced notice for shifts; however, requests may be made to fill in for others in emergency situations to avoid leaving residents without appropriate care. Applicants MUST be able to work every other weekend
